The New York State Lottery: Numbers DAY
Numbers sees three sets of balls, each numbered 0 through 9, drawn twice a day. Players select three numbers and a wager type: straight, box, straight/box or combination. A straight, where players match the winning numbers in exact order, pays out $250 for a 50c play and $500 for a $1 play.
A box, where players match the numbers in any order, pays out between $40 and $160 depending on the type of box and wager.
A straight/box play (win both or just the box) is worth between $40 and $330, while a combination (playing all possible straights) wins between $250 and $500.
